1. how does the Indian parliament work?

Parliament is the supreme legislative body in India, the head of this supreme legislative is the President and there are two houses in India- Rajya Sabha, and Lok Sabha. The first general elections were held in the year 1951 under the new constitution that came into force in January 1950. The first elected parliament came into existence in April 1952.


-Activities to be done in the classroom to explain the election process-

Inspire the election of the class leader from a political election, and explain the whole process to the children in detail. You choose a class leader and a class leader is chosen by the children by voting. Then you children ask the people in which process they give more consent? Which candidate do you like the most? This is how you can explain the election process.


2. What is the role of Parliament in India?

The representatives elected by the voters make laws in the Parliament, through the Parliament we can make laws on the economic, social, religious, education, medical, etc. areas of our country. There are debates about various new schemes in the Parliament itself, we present the budget of our country in the Parliament itself.

We will discuss all these vegetables in detail. The leaves are used as a vegetable in food and will learn the names of different vegetables.


Some plants have two or more edible parts like the seeds of the mustard plant give us oil and its leaves are used as vegetables. We will discuss these vegetables in detail. Children will be asked to look at unknown plants around them and try to find out whether they are edible or not This activity will be done outside the classroom.


How to prepare a sprouted breakfast? Children will be asked to bring dry seeds, pods of moong, or grams from home to school. Keep moong and gram pods in separate utensils, then after adding water, wrap them in a wet cloth and keep them carefully in a separate corner. On the second day when we come, we see that moong, gram, and beans keep sprouting. All the children give one spoon each to eat. In this chapter, children will learn how to easily make breakfast by sprouting chickpeas.
